For the past 15 years, I've been deeply root in two worlds — community and construction— both of which were shaped by my father, Abel, and our family’s generational work in the industry, here in the U.S. and in Mexico. From an early age, I learned that building something meaningful requires more than just skill — it requires creativity, discipline, and collaboration. These values have shaped every part of my life: from sports and academics to Panos Concrete.

I hold a certificate in Construction Management & Leadership from UC Berkeley Extension and a Master’s in Social Work from CSU Fresno. Today, as President of Panos Concrete, I lead with commitment to quality, collaboration, and purpose. Our mission is to contribute to our industry through sustainable building practices, prioritizing jobsite safety, and creating a culture that values the well-being and opportunity of our team and communities we serve. 

What I love most about this work is the connection we build with clients, communities, and partners. I’m especially excited about the future of construction as we embrace smarter technologies, holistic approaches to workforce wellness and green materials especially in concrete.
